Installation & Safety
• Place overband between conveyor idlers where possible.
• Overband belt speed should be greater than the conveyor belt speed for optimal separation.
• All equipment within 1000 mm below magnet must be constructed from non-magnetic materials.
• Discharge chute (customer-supplied) must be non-magnetic and fit under belt edge.
• CAUTION: Open magnetic field – risk assessment required when installed.
